PLEASE NOTE: THE ABOVE TOTALS ARE PER 10 WEEK TERM NOT PER CLASS.
AS YOU CAN SEE THERE ARE TWO PRICES. THE SAVINGS PRICE IS WHEN YOU MAKE PAYMENT IN FIRST 2 WEEKS OF TERM. THEN THE NORMAL PRICE APPLIES FROM WEEK 3.
THERE WILL NOW A 10% LATE FEE ADDED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT IF WE HAVE NOT RECIEVED PAYMENT BY WEEK 9 OF A TERM.
ENROLMENT PROCEDURES
1. Contact office, book in student/s
2. Fill in an Enrolment Form (one per student)
3. Read and sign an Code of Ethics Form
4. Attach passport size photo
5. Return above paperwork to Miss Damaris

FEE STRUCTURE
1. There is no enrolment fee.
2. Fees are paid per term, which run concurrently to the school terms. (4x10 weeks)
3. If a student leaves prior to completion of the Term, fees will not be refunded.
4. Term one only – is a hand written invoice at point of payment, a computer receipt can be issued on request. (This is so that you can still receive the savings prices)
5. Terms Two, Three and Four – will receive a invoice in weeks 8-10 of the previous term, this invoice will be handed to the student in sealed envelope, or alternatively posted in the holidays.
6. Fees are payable whether you receive the invoice or not. It is up to you to pay within the savings price time to receive the discount. The office cannot be blamed for lost mail, or invoices.
7. End of Year Concert Costume Hire is applicable in Term TWO and is non refundable. $25 per dance subject.
Under particular circumstances should in the door entertainment arrange costumes then the $25 costume hire fee will be charged.
8. Fees are payable upon receipt.
9. Fees paid after WEEK 2 should be either posted to the office with remittance slip enclosed, or paid online with email sent to office notifying payment.
It is important that payment procedures are respected in order for in the door entertainment to continue efficiently, and so invoices do not accumulate on your end. However, if any personal issues arise, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can make arrangements.
DISCOUNTS:
1. Term Fees - normal prices
2. Savings - the savings price is ONLY applicable if paid by the end of the second week of term.
3. Multiple Subjects - when one child is attending 3 or more subjects a 10% discount is given off the total bill.
4. Multiple Subjects Savings 2 (MSS2) - When one child is attend 5 or more subjects a 17.5% discount is given off the total bill.
5. Multiple Subjects Savings 2 (MSS2) - When siblings are both doing 3 subjects at least, a 15% discount is given off the total bill.

· Performance Troupe prices will depend on costume decision, numbers and length of lesson.
· Performance Troupe is a undiscounted price, being added after all other discounts are made.
· Performance Troupe sometimes has specialty guest teachers come in, this is at a small cost to the students.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
1. Cheques, money orders or cash accepted in person only in week 1 and 2 at the studios (savings price).
2. Cheques, and money orders can be posted to the office (remember to include remittance slip!)
3. Directly into the account: Details of this are on your invoice or call the office.
