ITDE End of Year Concert(EOYC) for 2011!!!


CONCERT DAYConcert Date for 2011 is Sunday the 11th of December
Notes:
 Please supply your child with adequate water, and enough non messy food to eat throughout the day and night. NO students are to leave the auditorium.

 All students are to arrive ready made and bring their own spares for touch up’s etc. see list below… there will be back up makeup supplied for extreme circumstances, for allergy and hygiene reasons best to take your own.
Make up to wear (girls): Foundation, blush, eyeliner, brown/natural eye shadow, lip liner (RED lipstick to be applied just before performance - don’t forget it!)

 No jewellery, no expensive toys etc!!! ITDE and its staff are not responsible for lost items, and we don’t have time to fuss over them!

 Hair should be professional looking, slicked and neat, use gel, spray etc and bring a spare also. In your dance bag you should always carry spare elastics, bobby pins and safety pins etc

 Make sure performers have a big enough bag for all their belongings and also to have their own clothes in for when they are in costume. Name their things!!!

 Costumes will be supplied on the day, however don’t forget to bring any other items such as particular socks etc as per note. COSTUMES ARE NOT TO BE TAKEN HOME AFTER CONCERT. THEY ARE TO BE LEFT IN THEIR COSTUME BAG WITH THEIR NAME ON IT

 Students are to wear flesh coloured full briefs (baby pink ok), and for older girls flesh coloured good plain bra.

Concert Details:
5.15 Doors open to presold ticket owners (tickets on sale from week 3)
5.30 Doors open to people buying tickets at the door
6.00 Let the show begin!
• Unreserved seating.
• $18 per ticket 5 years and up. Available from Term four, week three on!!!

Video / Photos:
No photos or videoing allowed at any time throughout the concert. DVD’s are available to buy for $35 (two cameras used and edited) WE HAVE GONE BACK TO AN ORIGINAL CONTACT SO THEY WILL BE QUALITY!

BRING A FRIEND DAY
Bring a friend day will be held in week 2 of Term 2.
This is a chance for students to bring in a friend or 2 and join in or watch their dance class!
Limit 2 friends per student.
Will update you of this event towards the end of term 1!




TALENT QUEST!
Term 2
Will be holding a talent quest night in term 2, where students can get creative and make up their own dances.
Solos, Duos, Trios or a group.
Time limit- 3 minutes!
All dances will be approved by Miss Damaris before the night
There will be more info regarding this later in term 1.
Will keep you posted!

(Door entry fee is $8 per person over 5 years.
We also have a raffle through out the event. the monies raised goes towards costumes!
